Hello,
Last week, something surprising occurred. I spent only 15 hours on email marketing, yet it turned into my top revenue source.
I checked in many times. I rewrote the copy late at night and sent emails at various times. I worked 60-hour weeks but got mediocre results.
Now? I work less and earn more. Because in email marketing, when you send is as important as what you send.
Today, I’m sharing my exact email schedule that tripled engagement. This isn’t theory — it’s the system that delivers six-figure results.
The “High-Response Email” Framework
People establish their email hours in various ways. Perfecting the send time.
Split my list into 5 groups (Monday-Friday sends).
Prepare identical emails with different send times.
Set up tracking in Notion:
Here’s exactly how I schedule them:
Compare the results. After collecting responses for about a week or two, check the daily response counts. Look for the day with the highest number of responses.
Pick the 1 or 2 days with the highest response rates. These should be your preferred sending days in the future.
You can select this day to send your emails in the future, as it seems to generate better engagement.
You can select this day to send your emails in the future, as it seems to generate better engagement. In real life, think about using email marketing tools.
What this creates:
✓ Data-backed send times
✓ 20 to 30% higher conversion rates
✓ No more guessing games
Part 2: Test the Best Time of Day
After you test for the best day, you can then test for the best time of day. Divide your list and send the same email at different times on the same day. Track metrics per time slot: opens, clicks, conversions, unsubscribes.
Part 3: Set Up a Master Calendar
Track sends formats and results for each list.
To keep track of different email formats and their frequency, you can use a spreadsheet or a calendar. This helps you see how often you send each format of email. Planning this way helps you track how often you send emails. If you notice you’re sending too many at once, you can adjust. This prevents overwhelming your audience.
Your Action Plan
Pick one email list to audit this week.
Test two send times (e.g., Tuesday at 10 AM vs. Thursday at 3 PM)
Protect creation time (even two focused hours of work)
Remember: The goal isn’t more email hours — it’s more revenue per hour.
Talk tomorrow,
Lukman
P.S. Still feeling overwhelmed? Start small. Pick ONE day this week and try to restructure. You might be surprised by how much you accomplish when you focus on blocks.
